1. Acceptance
By accessing or using VCE, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for it in connection with your use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Authorized accounts and Workspaces
VCE is intended for approved users, team members and authorized collaborators. Access is provided through an administrator-controlled account and Workspace permissions. You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and use only the Workspaces and features you are permitted to access. We may suspend access for unauthorized use, security risks, violations of these terms, or when your organization or its administrator removes authorization.
Do not share credentials, impersonate others, bypass access restrictions, or attempt to obtain another person's private information or another Workspace's data.
3. Permitted use
VCE supports research into social media content and performance, client-brand knowledge organization, content strategy reporting, Projects, scripts, and user-initiated exports. You are responsible for using the Service lawfully and complying with applicable platform terms, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality obligations, and agreements with your clients.
You must not use VCE for unlawful scraping, surveillance, harassment, account compromise, deceptive activity, or collecting or exposing data you lack permission to use. Do not interfere with the Service or attempt to reverse-engineer protected systems or bypass usage limits.
4. Content, third-party material and intellectual property
You retain any rights you already have in material you upload, submit, or create. You grant Flow Media the limited permission needed to host, process, analyze, display, and export that material to provide the features you request. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit and use that material.
Public Instagram videos, captions, images, names and other third-party materials may remain subject to the rights of their original creators or platforms. The presence of an example or source link in VCE does not grant ownership or permission to republish, copy, or reuse it commercially. When adapting inspiration into your own work, obtain any licenses or permissions that are necessary.
VCE's software, interface, original features, and branding belong to Flow Media or its licensors, except for user-provided materials and rights belonging to other parties.
5. Google Sign-In and Google Sheets
Admin users may sign in through Google using Supabase Auth. Google Sheets connection is a separate, optional authorization step. If you connect Google Sheets, VCE requests limited account-email and per-file Drive access to create formatted idea sheets in your own connected Google Drive, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Only users with the necessary VCE export permissions can request these exports. You control the files created in your own Drive, their sharing settings, and any continued access you grant. You may revoke Google account authorization through Google's account controls. Google services are subject to Google's own terms and policies.
6. AI-generated research and content
VCE may use automated classifiers, language models, saved analyses, and estimated metrics to help generate research, video directions, funnels, scripts, reports, and other outputs. Such results may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular business. Outlier scores, viewing metrics, and performance estimates can change and do not guarantee future reach, sales, or engagement.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying and approving any generated statements, factual claims, creative works, or marketing material before publishing them. Outputs are informational planning aids, not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
7. Availability and third-party services
We may change, limit, update, or discontinue features as necessary to operate the Service. VCE depends on outside providers, including Instagram/Meta, Google, hosting services, and AI services; provider restrictions, outages, and API changes may affect functionality. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every third-party source will remain accessible.
8. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VCE is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without a guarantee of continuous access, error-free outputs, particular results, or fitness for a specific use. To the extent permitted by law, Flow Media is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions, reliance on unverified results, unauthorized use, or third-party platform changes. These terms do not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Changes and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. An administrator may remove account or Workspace access. We may suspend access to protect users or the Service, investigate suspected misuse, or respond to legal requirements. We may revise these terms from time to time; the effective date above indicates the latest version. Continued use after changes take effect is acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
10. Governing law
Unless applicable mandatory law provides otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflicts-of-law rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
